At Go North Goldens, our love for Golden Retrievers runs deep.​​

 

Having grown up with Goldens, one of our first major decisions as a married couple was to bring one into our home. Now, we are passing on that same love to our children. 

​

Our family lives in Northern Wisconsin, where the outdoors are a big part of daily life. We enjoy hunting, hiking, camping, skiing and more, with our Goldens right there with us, active partners in our adventures. As an avid hunter, Jake knows the importance of a working dog. As a father, he also knows how critical it is to have a dog that can turn it on in the field and be calm in our home.

At Go North Goldens, we aim to raise dogs that match that lifestyle - driven performers in the field and calm companions at home. Our approach emphasizes training, socialization and an understanding of what each role requires. This work is rooted in more than just breeding. It's a reflection of the life we love, dogs we cherish and our goal of sharing it with others.
